60 and 90 minute sessions are an integrative massage but feel free to ask for any of these modalities on their own. Reflexology and ZB are done on their own but their techniques make it into most sessions. If you would like more time on an area of your body, consider increasing your session time, let me you'd like extra time in that area or schedule a 30 minute session.

Investing in massage is an investment in your health!
Swedish Massage
The most common type of massage is Swedish massage therapy. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing. And it may even help after an injury. *30, 60, 90 minute session
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage is best for giving attention to certain painful, stiff "trouble spots" in your body. The massage therapist uses slow, deliberate strokes that focus pressure on layers of muscles, tendons, or other tissues deep under your skin. Though less rhythmic than other types of massage, deep tissue massage can be quite therapeutic -- relieving chronic patterns of tension and helping with muscle injuries. *30 minute session, usually incorporated into longer massage sessions to allow for proper warm up of muscles
Myofascial Release
Myofascial release is a manipulative treatment that attempts to release tension in the fascia due to trauma, posture, or inflammation. Connective tissues called fascia surround the muscles, bones, nerves, and organs of the body. Points of restriction in the fascia can place a great deal of pressure on nerves and muscles causing chronic pain. Long stretching strokes are meant to balance tissue and muscle mechanics and improve joint range of motion in order to relieve pain. *30, 60, 90 minute session
Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage utilizes a comfortable, secure side-laying position to avoid undue pressure on a growing abdomen and the lower back. Mothers are completely supported by pillows, keeping top hip, knee and ankle on the same level to avoid pulling on the sacroiliac joint and to maximize blood and lymph circulation. Massage techniques can be used through labor. Postpartum massage can help you start to heal. *30, 60, 90 minute session
Integrative Reflexology
Integrative Reflexology is a form of foot and hand reflexology that uses whole hand strokes and techniques applying different pressure that stimulate reflex areas to achieve therapeutic effects throughout your body. It can create deep relaxation, relieve stress and anxiety, support sinus issues, digestion, PMS and more. Client need only remove shoes and socks. 30, 60, 90 minute session
Zero Balancing
Balance your structural and energy bodies. Finger pressure and gentle traction around the joints and soft tissue allows for better posture, movement and energy flow in your body. Client is fully clothed. Great for children and adults. * First session typically lasts 75 minutes. Consecutive weekly sessions will last 30-50 minutes.
